About Me
Mrs. Cavera in kindergarten Mrs. Cavera now (left) with Dr. Jean Feldman My name is Angie Cavera. This is my twelfth year teaching kindergarten at Van Buren. I look forward to getting to know your child and giving him or her a great start in school! I love kindergarten because the kids keep me on my toes with their funny comments and interesting questions. Each year, I return to kindergarten with enthusiasm and new ideas that I can't wait to try with your children. I am currently working on my master's degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy, which I will complete in August of 2010, so I have more new ideas than ever!
As you'll probably hear from your child, I have a husband named Chris, twin daughters named Cate and Rachel, who are in first grade this year, twin boys who will be three in October, and a cat named Daisy.
